Great... The staff was great. Alexa was patient with me and very polite. She tended to other patrons while serving me. They even went outside to assist an elderly couple who couldn't get out of the car. The entire staff was very professional and courteous to me. Great job. Had to go back for another transfer, and the staff was amazing. Great store. Highly recommend!
I had ordered an IPhone 5 and needed help installing the phone on my own, as I’m not that technically bright. I screwed it all up and had both my husband’s and mine on the same iCloud. I was so stressed out. I went to buy a case for the phone and proceeded to tell the kind young gentleman, Fred, what I had done. Fred took the two phones and before I knew it, he had corrected all of the problems I was facing. I was absolutely THRILLED! Fred, Kevin, Alexa and Scot were all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon Store. They go the extra mile for you...all with a smile on their faces. Thank you again Fred!
Had a terrible experience in this store today. My husband is moving from Sprint to Verizon and purchased a new phone online. We came to this store to activate the new phone and import his phone number. When we gave the sales associate the new phone he said, "what made you pick this phone? This phone sucks!". Number one: The phone is already purchased, so it's to late to sell us on a new product sir, so please don't provide your personal opinion about something we just spent $350 on. Number two: You have a customer switching from a competitor to your company. You should be extremely nice and happy about this. Not rude and condescending. Number three: As someone working with customers you should, in general, be polite before you decide to be rude and disrespectful. I have been a Version customer for over 10 years. Once my phone is paid off I will consider switching, 100% based on this experience. Verizon should know this sales associate is costing them customers. This retail branch should know I will never be recommending it to other people or returning.
Just switched to Verizon and I have to say the store in Springfield on Baltimore pike is the absolute best, Ryan got the door for me as I walked in, set up my devices and I was treated with nothing but the best service from every employee there. Alexa was very lovely and had beautiful eye make up, Fred and Kevin were also very pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much for helping this old head feel special and learn some new technology.
Mike greeted us quickly and when he was able, he came and helped... less then 5 min in the door! While helping us, an older gentleman came in and while we were waiting for data to trasfer between phone, he was able to help him and solve his problem... 2 minutes flat! Yeah it was a simple fix but he did not know that. Great Multi tasking skills! Knowledgeable about products and services! Great experience over all!
I went to this location on Monday, 1/27/20. Matt greeted me immediately. I told him I wanted an LG G7. He said he had one in stock. He then spent over an hour with me setting the phone up and making sure I was pleased. If he had to step away, Ben would step in. I highly recommend this location. Matt and Ben are the best!
I absolutely love this Verizon store! Today I was helped by Alexia. My Droid 2 just decided it wanted to stop working today..Alexia and her co-worker were so kind, they knew right away it was not something I had done, and had a customer come in the week prior w same phone & issue. They are both very kind! Alexia took time and made sure my apps were still there, pics! Explained so many things!!! How to back up the phone, and lots of other things!! They have the best customer service at this location!
all I can say is WOW. This store has helped me with everything to my daughters phone, ex wife and mine. This store has been my go to store for almost 3 years straight back when Ryan was the store manager and now he's moved up but still delivers the same outstanding customer service he always has. Ryan walked in today after not seeing me for more then a year greeted me by my first name and immediately helped me out with my new device. I recommend this store and all of the associates for any and all verizon!!
Tim and Kevin J. Make coming into The Verizon store a pleasure. They are always helpful beyond the norm. Every time I've had a problem they resolve it with calm and grace. I've been in on several occasions where customers are impatient and rude to them but they never lose their cool. I would do everything in my power to keep them as employees if I were you. The Springfield team is amazing! I never dread coming to the phone store thanks to all of the crew at this location. Even my children know them by name due to their experience with your Springfield Team.
Went in for device issue with my phone. The store manager warmly greeted me and helped me with the device. He also showed me how to fix the device if it happened again. I will be returning early March and he also said he would set a reminder to follow up with me in a few days to see if the phone was working properly and to remind me when my upgrade was eligable. If you need any assistance I recommend this Verizon above all else. Thanks Ryan for all your help.
