Excellent customer care when beyond my expectations she even stayed late to help me.
I had by far some of the BEST customer service EVER, by Joshua at this location. It started off with how polite he was when I called to inquire about my online pickup. Unfortunately, it’s rare to find someone willing to take the time to answer questions and be very courteous and polite at the same time, which he was. When I arrived at the store, he greeted me immediately and set the expectation that he will be with me as soon as he finished assisting another customer.And then he quickly got me checked out and was very personable as well. I will definitely visit this location again! Thank you so much!
Absolute worse experience that I have had with ANY Verizon store. Still waiting to hear from a manager or supervisor after a month. The workers there refused to give me and my family name and numbers of anyone in management. I have spent hours on the phone with the real Verizon trying to correct my bill. Still not completely resolved. We were tricked and lied to. This community deserves better. After 15 years with Verizon we are looking for another carrier. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE
Had a situation with a go-wireless while on vacation. Got back home to McDonough and went to this location to get it corrected. It was not a easy fix as I thought it would be. The young man Joshua that was helping me did an amazing job. It took a while to get get it corrected.I walked out happy and the wife was happy with her new phone. Thank you again sir, service like you gave me should be applauded and rewarded!

cj closed the store at 11 minutes to 7. I tap on the window because the store hours said close at 7. He came to the door & said they were closed. I said it's not 7 & I had just a few questions & I won't hold you long.. He said I've put my register up already. I said ok, again I had a question about the phone I would be purchasing he said he didn't have anything for my to look at. I said ok & left. Poor customer service
The staff at this store are informative and helpful. I came in looking to better my account/bill more bang for my buck and upgrade my phone. They allowed me to inspect and compare phones. Once I chose my phone, they set it up and put the screen protector and case on my new phone. I never felt pressured into any decision and was given ample time to make my decision. I was impressed with the staff and would recommend them to anyone.
I love this store. I was in there earlier for an upgrade and the manager not only assisted everyone in a timely manner, but dealt with an unruly customer in the most professional way I’ve ever seen. I wish all stores were this way. Thank you so much for assisting me! I will recommend this location from now on!
