Our school was established in 2000 as a ministry of Grace Baptist Church under the spiritual and dynamic leadership of our pastor, Dr. Ken Martin. Dr. Martin has been the senior pastor of Grace Baptist Church since 1996. Prior to becoming Senior Pastor, he served as co-pastor for 3 years with Dr. Garland Odom in an administrative role. During his years in ministry, Dr. Martin has served churches in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Virginia.
In 1999, Dr. Martin led Grace Baptist Church to relocate to Powder Springs in the western suburbs of Atlanta. Dr. Martin was reared in southern Georgia. He attended the University of Alabama and received his training for the ministry at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida.
The church continues to grow and expand its various ministries not only in the community and surrounding areas but also globally as well. Established over 40 years ago, Grace Baptist Church seeks to meet the spiritual needs of its members. Our school is part of this endeavor offering a balanced program geared to preparing young people for college. Using the Word of God as a foundation for academics, we strive to teach the students to be Christ-Like in all areas in their lives. Partnering with parents is vital to this endeavor, and we accept the challenge to help prepare and impact our students for future success in their lives.
Mission: To help prepare each young person to accept God’s purpose for their life, and provoke them to pursue that plan with passion; To educate, equip, and engage them in the life-long mission of bringing glory to God.
