Grace's Asian Fusion Cafe is a family-owned, small business, the brainchild of former New York City Attorney and KSU Professor Grace Hwang. Her family moved to Manhattan, Kansas in 1964, and three generations of Hwangs have graduated from K-State. The Cafe specializes in dishes usually found only on the East, West, and Southern coasts of the US and from her native roots of Taiwan, as well as from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, France, Italy, and Vietnam, to name a few countries. Fusion is a blending of these cuisines to form tasty, delicious dishes, and light desserts. Come in to try our Asian Tacos, Pizzas, Sliders, as well as our popular Rice Bowls, Sesame Noodles, Bubble Teas, and lucious desserts such as Tiramisu, Black Forrest Chocolate Mouse Cake, Cheesecakes, Snow Whites, and our signature dessert: Fresh Fruit Ice topped with Call Hall Ice Cream.
