Grace Yoga offers classes that are fun and challenging. It doesn't matter if you need yoga for beginners in Loveland, Colorado and have never taken a class; or have been practicing yoga for years all over the world. Classes are taught using the Iyengar Method. To the new student, that means the poses are explained in depth, and we hold the poses longer. If beginners have problems with any poses, the pose can be modified with props or changed completely.
