graceFIT is an exercise class designed by myself, a former ballerina of almost 14 years. After retiring, I searched for fitness classes outside the ballet studio - something that combined my love of movement and music with my appreciation for the body, correct placement and great cardio. Wanting more diversity from a workout myself, and seeing how many clients were interested in the way I carried out exercises with the grace of a dancer, graceFIT was formed. Soon my clients began desiring traditional ballet adult classes as well as mat classes. The graceFIT studio now offers classes in Adult ballet, graceFIT Mat as well as our signature graceFIT class. While in its infancy, graceFIT studio is operating out of various locations.
