Graceland Florist has been Mount Vernon-Fleetwood's local florist for the last 20 years. Not only do we deliver to Mount Vernon, but we travel to the Bronx, Upper AND Lower Westchester, Stamford, and Greenwich CT.

We are able to help you find the perfect arrangements and floral accessories for your next party including, weddings, Sweet 16s, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and more.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! purchased from 1800 flowers fulfilled by this flower company, and this is what was sent. Wilted, dry flowers, and deflated balloons. When I called, I was told to put an aspirin in the water to revive these nasty dead flowers. They offered a replacement for THURS!!!!!!! My mom has to spend mothers Day in the hospital, and this is what she received.They should be ashamed of themselves for even sending this out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
I had an amazing experience with Graceland! My father passed away recently and my mom, brother, and I all forgot to order flowers for the funeral service. It was Memorial Day and the funeral was the very next morning. Not only was Graceland open, they also helped us select flowers and an arrangement. The woman who took care of us was professional and helpful. AND Graceland was able to deliver the standing spray well in time before the service at the church began. It was gorgeous!!
I received a floral bouquet from my daughter today for Mother’s Day. I noticed most of the flowers are wilted and dying. I can’t believe they had the audacity to send an arrangement like this to people after they charge so much. Graceland florist you have to do better to keep your customers satisfied. I will not be using this florist in the future. Please don’t order from here! This is not a reputable business.
Deserves 0 stars. I ordered flowers and chocolates from 1-800- Flowers to be delivered on 2/13. I received an email saying that they were delivered yesterday 2/13 at 6:00pm. Nothing arrived. Now a day late this is the garbage that was delivered to my door. They look like they've been left out in the rain for days. I spent over a 100 dollars on this trash and never even received the chocolate. This was meant to be a birthday present for my mom and turned out to be a huge embarrassment. What kind of florist delivers something like this?! Save your money or go to a real florist.
My father who lives in South Carolina, ordered a bouquet of roses for me for my birthday. The very next day two of the roses were dying. The second day five of the roses were dying. By the fourth day, the entire bouquet was dead. It’s really unfortunate that 1-800-flowers continues to use this terrible florist.
I saw an arrangement on their website I fell in love with. I called to ask exactly what I would get since they have a disclaimer that some flowers might not be in season. Spoke with Stephanie who was very kind and professional. I told her the flowers were for my daughter's birthday. I'm in California and my daughter is in Bronxville attending college.so.it was important they were special. I told her my daughter's favorite colors are purple and lavender. We spoke about a few more details and I placed my order. I was a little worried because of previous bad reviews posted but my daughter was impressed with the arraignment. She did such a beautiful job. Better than expected. Thank you so much Stephanie. Your shop has gained a customer.
Ordered from “From You Flowers” , paid $68 inc the $14 shipping and this is what my friend got.. dying flowers from this florist! Like seriously don’t they get that the person will send a pic!? Why would a florist do this to themselves!? I was embarrassed having my friend received these for her Bday I immediately called From you flowers and they had another florist deliver the same day a better arrangement even tho it wasn’t quite like the pic on the website but I was satisfied.
I mean Jesus it looks nothing like the picture. It's so sparse and we got flowers that weren't even bloomed! And who the hell asked for that ugly bow in the middle?? Never again. I just contacted 1800 flowers for a credit because this is unacceptable. I was completely embarrassed at my brother in law's wake. Good job guys. I'm sorry but you should not own a business if you can't provide quality flowers to your customers. It's not fair to us.
I ordered flowers for a birthday and while the bouquet came on time, none of the flowers were bloomed. It's so upsetting a paid a lot of money for flowers that were not bloomed. They were supposed to be a gift- how would you feel getting flowers like this?
Ordered an XL birthday arrangement and a greeting card. Received was a WILTED sympathy arrangement with a card addressed to someone’s ailing mother. I am appalled! Over priced and not with the headache!
