I agree with all the comments regarding the uptake of this cemetery! It’s poorly maintained and the people in the office never seem to care! I wish this wasn’t my sister’s request to be buried here because It wasn’t my choice. I had to buy a cordless shear to cut the grass around her grave site so we can find her when we visit her… Shame on Graceland Memorial Cemetery!!!!

This cemetery has gone way down hill!! They do not take care of the graves, all are totally overgrown, sinking in the ground, cups are stolen etc...the least they could do once a year is to edge around the graves so they are at least visible. The office is nasty if you call with a question & if you put flowers or anything on the grave, they take it off almost immediately, which is very disconcerting. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere to bury your loved ones.

I dont know the hags name in the office but she sure wouldn't win any award for her abilities to deal with the public. A few of my cousins and I, all from out of state, stopped in to find another cousins grave site. He died in 2004 and due to his estrangement no one was ever notified by his then wife when he died. So we stopped in and knocked on the door and were greeted by a woman with the personality of a dead fish. She didn't seems to be doing anything when we went in but she was certainly bothered by us when she was asked to find a grave for us. You would think someone asked her to donate a kidney by the coldness and attitude she had. Everyone went outside but me as we waited for her to go through a card file and find the plot. A gentleman came out and said follow him and he would show us where our cousin was. As we started to leave I said "thank you very much ma'am " and her only response was to roll her eyes at me. I do wish to say the gentleman was great and helpful.

Kelly is in the wrong position at Graceland Memorial Park. This lady has no sympathy and makes you feel like you are a burden to her. After my experience and then reading all the negative comments about her specifically, it is obvious she is either an owner or someone very special to the owner.

Very nice cemetery. My visit was on Memorial Day. The scouts and countless other volunteers were placing the flags on the soldiers Graves. The staff looks like they care greatly about their war dead and veterans in general. A very clean, quiet cemetery.

If you would like the police called on you during the emotional, stressful experience of burying your loved one, then Graceland Memorial Park is the place for you! When told that 9 people max could be at attendance, and only seven were present, with their masks on following the rules and practicing social distancing the police were called?! Even the police officer was confused as to why they were called. We are all going through tough times during this pandemic but there is absolutely no reason why Kelly needs to say the following to a family who is grieving “I repeat I don’t care. We are a private business.  We make our own rules. I could care less what happened to you and your family”. No one is asking for special treatment but everyone should be given the opportunity to bury their loved ones with dignity and without insensitivity, disrespect and sadly racism. What Kelly did to family members of those buried or planned to be buried at Graceland Memorial Park is inexcusable.

I wish I could give this place -5 stars  Kelly at Graceland Memorial Park is very rude and insensitive while dealing with family members who want to bury their loved ones at Graceland Memorial Park. An extremely difficult time for most was turned into an awful experience due to Kelly’s unnecessary behavior towards her clients and potential future clients. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This cemetery is poorly maintained.  Many of the grave markers are covered with grass and weeds, making it almost impossible to find my in-laws' graves.  They should do a better job of maintenance.

This is a well maintained final resting place for your loved ones. I have several relatives resting here. It's a " Family Owned" cemetery. They are very nice people.
