My mom passed on January 10, 2021. The original plan was to send her body to be laid to rest next to my dad in Central America. Due to CoViD and her sudden death we had to find a cementery in a matter of days. Graceland was the only place that answered our phone call contrary to an answering machine the lady was supper nice, understanding and proffesional. The cementary look torn up ag first, but a year later it has changed so much, its looking really nice and peaceful.
They literally had the backhoe idling beside us during our service there and then they had our loved one in the ground before we could even drive away!! I have never seen or experienced such callous treatment from a cemetery. None of our family or guests had ever seen such uncaring treatment. We were all shocked by their heartless treatment. Hopefully we will never need their services again...and hopefully you will never choose to PAY to put yourself through such horrific treatment at such a hard time when there are so many other places that will treat you and your family well. THIS is NOT that place!
