My name is Carlos Lemos Jr and I'm a black belt 3rd degree under Carlos Gracie Jr and one of the main representatives of Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu worldwide. I have affiliated jiu-jitsu academies in England, Sweden, Finland, Italy and Mexico. I'm a former instructor at the legendary Gracie Barra headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I'm currently opening my first GB academy in the USA. I have trained several UFC, Pride and K-1 fighters all over the world and now this is your opportunity to be part of our jiu-jitsu family. I would like to offer a free introductory class at friendly family oriented our school.
