Our Philosophy:
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu begins with one basic premise: technique trumps all. While we can't change our height, reverse our age, or become big and strong, we all can develop technique.
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu philosophy assumes our opponent will be bigger, stronger, and faster. Instead of strength we rely on body mechanics and leverage to manipulate resisting adversaries, so even relatively smaller and weaker practitioners can defend themselves.
