Has lots of open space and some nice baseball and Soccer fields. There are even some paved trails on the South end. If I had a dog, I'd probably come here more often because everyone and their dog is here. Literally.
It is a "sports park" but we like to bring our boy here so he can sniff & do some walking. He gets a bit frazzled by other dogs & sometimes there are a bunch here but we can usually steer clear & still let our boy enjoy himself.
I like taking my dog here to sniff around & get some outside time. However, even though it's posted everywhere to keep your dog ON a leash, not many people follow this. It can be frustrating & create an unsafe situation for reactive dogs, or just dogs or people who don't want random dogs rushing them. We've unfortunately had to cut a few outing shorts because of this reason. There are long leads that go up to 60ft, your dog can still play and sniff like this. Keeps everyone happy and safe
Was there for a kids soccer game.. no shade anywhere.. lots of parking. 1 bleacher that is lacking.. small area for kids to play.. didnt need a restroom so i didnt look.. all in all its a nicer field.
Simple, open, and very spacious park. Gorgeous sunsets and view of Mt Hood. Peaceful walking space. Great for picnics, sports, dogs, kids, or all at once. Enough room for anybody and everybody!
Decent sports park located near several apartment complexes and schools. Good place to take a well trained dog as well as let the kids play and burn off some energy. It's fairly quite and depending on the time of day it can be very peaceful. In the evenings and weekends it can get crowded with many games taking place there but even then it is still a nice place to visit. The entrance is located between the soccer and baseball fields and the lot is a decent size so it's not usually too hard to find a place to park. Playground: Small playground available between the soccer fields. Not a large play structure but something to keep younger children entertained for a while. Restrooms: They have honey buckets available for use located between both the soccer fields and the baseball fields.
Pretty good park. I was happy they had places to use the restroom
Beautiful and spacious park with family friendly activities. My wife and I enjoy walking and watching happy children playing soccer. I strongly wish that there would be a pickleball court. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport whole family could enjoy from 6 to almost 90 year old. No kidding. I personally played with these aged people. Pickleball will make Gresham a happier and healthier city for sure
This park is great for walking with friends and is a great addition to our community. Games and laughter can be heard on the weekends and evenings. Dog-friendliness: Frequent and popular place to walk dogs.
Very nice park and well maintained. Taking the pups for walks here is really nice. Highly recommend it
