His practice comprises the following major areas of law:
Employment law, acting solely for employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal cases;
Personal Injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, and slip, or trip, & fall accidents;
Family law - all areas, including separation, divorce, custody, support, property division, marriage and cohabitation agreements.
Mr. Fraser promotes and encourages all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and he has been a member of Collaborative Practice Ottawa for many years. He has extensive trial experience in the Ontario courts.
Mr. Fraser represents both plaintiffs and defendants in his civil litigation practice, including claims for breach of contract, debt collection, unjust enrichment, tort, insurance matters, product liability issues and property damage.
