These guys get the job done quickly, and their prices are not as demanding as nearby bikestores. But their service won't be as hospitable if you walk around like a dumbfounded pigeon, so don't be offended, just be assertive around these guys. Their service is very reliable.

I like the clerk but as for the person that fixes the bike needs better friendly customer service and he also install a tube that was a bit too big for the tire itself. Notice it as I was riding home. Went in to fix a flat.

I came in to get a part for my bike, experienced terrible service. Rude, condescending, mysognistic. Would have gone elsewhere, but I couldn't locate the specific part I needed elsewhere in Brooklyn. Only positive was the part was priced well.

My boyfriend and I both purchased our biked here-- excellant service and quality.  There's a bit of wiggle room in the prices too.

I had my bikes serviced here, and the experience was the best. Look no further.
