Graham served my family with compassion while making funeral arrangements. We were provided extensive information that helped us to make decisions. Graham has several options to view in their facility before making choices. Each aspect of our services were very promptly carried out, exactly as planned. The staff reached out frequently to check on us to see if we needed anything. They also walked us through each part so we knew exactly how the visitation, funeral, and graveside would be carried out. The experience with Graham helped so much to diminish our stress. We are thankful for them!
Graham handled our father’s funeral and every aspect of their services exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding, and they were very supportive. Duane was the first we met with and he was involved with all the arrangements and services. We would also like to thank Scott, Betty, and Ryan for their support and involvement. Our family is very grateful and thankful for each staff member and for their outstanding service and compassion.
We were referred to Graham Funeral Home by a family member and from the very first moment of contact we were treated just as we were family. Every single person we came in contact with treated us with the utmost kindness. Our service was not held on their site but on our family farm and they were absolute rock stars with everything from parking cars in the hot sun to giving closing remarks after the service that truly touched my heart. They were happy to accommodate us in every need we had and helped us through the needs we had not thought of. We are grateful for their services that brought comfort and peace to our grieving hearts. While we hope to not need them I love knowing they are there if we do.
Graham funeral home, especially Duane were great. They handled my mother and father's arrangements in the last year and a half. We could not have asked for better service. No matter the time of day or night, Duane was there, whether answering phone calls or coming to the house. From the beginning to the end, Duane helped make a hard situation easier for our family. The level of customer service and compassion he shows is beyond outstanding.
Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services was the light my family needed when my father William F Clemons passed away unexpectedly on December 8th, 2022. One of their employees Ryan was outstanding, and truly brought a light to an otherwise dark time for my family. Ryan took the time to get to know our father through my siblings, and me. We found Ryan, and my Dad had very similar lives and interests, if only they would have had the chance to meet before his untimely passing. He guided us through the process with such a compassionate, humble, and sincere hand. He went above and beyond for us ensuring everything was handled promptly, with most of my family being from Michigan, he understood the time crunch we had. We had a beautiful service to remember my Dad, one that would have been impossible without Ryan's guidance. Ryan, if you read this please know that without your help, we would have been lost. Thank you for everything you did for us during the time we had the pleasure of working together to remember my Dad.
Excellent, kind, caring staff. Parking is free and there are multiple wheelchair-accessible entrances. Bathrooms in the main lobby as well as on the southern side of the building. Seating and acoustics are very comfortable. Again, great quality service.
Losing our mother was hard. She had written down Graham funeral home and I can see why. Jessica made sure Our whole experience was handled with care, patience, compassion, and attention to detail. The chapel is beautiful and the perfect size. The reception hall was clean and a very good way to conclude the service. Thank you so very much.
This funeral home is beyond 5 star and is BEAUTIFUL and very welcoming. It didn't look like a funeral home, it's modern, bright & cheerful to celebrate a life lost no matter how sad you feel. If your afraid of wakes or funerals, no worries the entire staff here are top notch! They were very professional, compassionate and personable from beginning to end. They welcome you like family and leave you feeling like you are family or a friend for life. The director Dwayne was funny yet uplifting. It's nice to laugh a little during a difficult time. The young gentleman limo driver Lawrence was so professional and a delight before, during & after the ride. He's such a great asset to the rest of the staff. Like I said top notch and better than imagined.
The facility is comforting, gracefully decorated and furnished. The staff are so gracious, caring and genuinely friendly; Jessica was very attentive to my thoughts and knowledgeable. The amenities: live stream of service, on-line visitors book, make it easy to share the memorial with friends and family who cannot attend. Thank you so much for your care.
When my family had to deal with the passing of my Grandfather last month, Duane with Graham Funeral Home was in our corner every step of the way. Every member of staff that we encountered were wonderful, pleasant, and helpful, but Duane was always just a text or phone call away. He was patient and understanding with my mother as she dealt with her grief while trying to get through the process. He took the time to keep everyone in the loop, with even the smallest details. I am thankful that we worked with Graham Funeral Home and Duane during this trying and upsetting time.
