My brother used Graif for his wedding clothes this spring 2023 and they messed up terribly in my opinion.  First the grooms party all got measured once, and then they called my brother to let them know we all have to come back in because the employee who did the measuring was drinking and lost all the measurements.  I went in again to get measured by someone else, and again to  try the pants on which were far too big.  They said no problem we can fix that.  When I got to Florida for the wedding my pants were about 4-5” too big at the waist, and the belt they sent was way too big in the very tightest setting.  Worst part is I sent Graif a private message on their website several weeks ago, and my message was simply ignored.  I’d recommend J Longs.

Jack Raymond was spectacular to work with. I found his input on fashion very informative and the brick-and-mortar retail store was kept exceptionally clean. Wonderful shopping experience all around!

It really bothers me to leave negative reviews, especially on a local business- but I believe this is warranted. We rented suits here for my wedding. In the months leading up to our day, I had 2 separate meetings and multiple check-ins in person and via phone calls to make sure every detail was perfect for our special day. I am a micromanager and everything was set! Communication once the suits arrived wasn’t great and I had to contact them first, but I wasn’t too bothered about that. What did, however, cause a problem was that they provided all 11 men in the party and family with the WRONG suit color. In addition, they provided full ties instead of bow ties, which were specifically requested and we thought ordered. We realized all of this the night before our wedding. After the wedding, we requested some reimbursement due to the wrong product being provided, to which they agreed. However, the partial refund process was a nightmare with the staff mixing up card numbers and when groomsmen arrived from out of town who had paid cash, staff claimed they did not have any cash to reimburse them and they’d have to come back. This experience was extremely disappointing and it felt as though communication between staff was nonexistent. In some industries, this can suffice, but when it comes to a wedding where every detail is meticulously planned, this is unacceptable.

We purchased suits for our wedding party here. The customer service exceeded our expectations, and our wedding party was able to purchase nice suits for a reasonable price. We really appreciated how the staff at Graif worked around our schedules to make sure everyone's suit fit properly before our wedding day, even some of the groomsmen that live out of state. They were great to work with, and I would definitely recommend them!

Pretty unimpressed they gave my junior groomsmen the wrong color tie then didn't offer anything to make it right. Tux rentals fit nice had great initial service. When I came to pick up initial contact was good when I was being checked out I felt attitude. Not happy. When we were trying to call on Wedding day nobody answered the phone I left a voice mail nobody called me back directly. They only talked to my mother.

Very friendly service. Exceptional quality of clothing. They helped me find a suit that fits well and looks nice. The on-site tailor even adjusted the pants while I waited!  A great place to go for fine clothing!

My husband & I stopped in to browse at suits for him about 20 minutes before the store closed, thinking that if we saw something we like we’d come back the next day. The first thing I noticed walking in was their women’s clothing selection so I was sidetracked, but I found a beautiful sweater for myself. Immediately my husband was helped & the gentleman helping him was so professional. Within a short time he helped my husband find 2 very nice suits. At this point the store normally would’ve been closed, but he & the woman working there helped us find coordinating shoes, shirt, & a belt, never making us feel rushed. They were so kind & helpful, & now that I know this beautiful place is more than suits & menswear great selection by the way:  I’ll be back to pick things up for myself when I need them. Cozy atmosphere & amazing customer service!!!!

I’ve shopped at Graif several times and it’s always a great experience.  They have an excellent selection, brands you can’t find anywhere else, and their staff is friendly and professional.  Easily the best store in the area.

The staff was amazing! We were shopping for my fiancé, and the groomsmen suits and hadn’t ran into anything that my super specific future husband loved. We walked in and I was nervous about the young staff but soon found out how amazing they are! They know what they’re talking about!! We made a custom vest and suit for my husband that fit his style, and Mr. A was very knowledgeable about how all of the colors would look for a fall wedding. Marissa was incredible! She gave us options, was okay with hearing what we didn’t like, and was honest about pricing. We found an incredible deal for all of our groomsmen, and my husbands custom suit. We highly recommend Graif. WOW!

Our son went here for outfit for a wedding…was professionally fitted…picked up the outfit, shirt was WAY to big…they did exchange this for us…pants too small and the hem looks very terrible. Would not recommend, terribly disappointed
