Very special place with some sites right on the edge of the lake. Kathy, the host, and her assistant, couldn’t have been nicer to us. Staying there in mid-Oct, mid-week, there was plenty of space. Beautiful location. I completely recommend staying here.
Stayed here for a week visiting our daughter and her family. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Super friendly and safe!! They even let us check out late because of high winds and weather. You'll love it!
Have never been there never will. Contacted the owner she ask a lot of questions which is fine well over 55 years old my wife and I are very quiet and very private but because I agave a Harley Davidson motorcycle she assumed I would be coming in late and disturbing people, well first off I rarely ride at night. Second I am respectful of neighbors. Anyway long story short I told the lady I was not interested. Hypocrite people.
Recalling favorite places and decided to update previous post. We searched 100 mile radius for seasonal RV spot. All parks had own rules & atmosphere. Most for families and gatherings. Grand Country Lakeside RV is one of the state’s rare few quiet parks. Enjoyed 10 great seasons there seeing returning campers and nature. Owners friendly and helpful. This Park caters to a specific group & lifestyle. It’s a gem for many who just want to kick back, relax and enjoy the lake.
We stayed for about 4 months. This is the perfect place for a vacation. Relaxing, quiet, with a beautiful view of the lake . The owners go above and beyond. Great people. Looking forward to going back.Rooms: 5/5
This was a great find! It is right on the lakeshore with beautiful views. It's an adult park with large grassy RV sites. It cost us $30 a night and they have great weekly and monthly rates. Very peaceful and the owners are very nice and helpful. Erv stayed on the phone with us till we arrived after our GPS failed! We'll definitely stay here again when we're passing through. Erv suggested we might enjoy seeing Har Ber Village a true hidden gem!!! It is a village of over 100 log cabins filled with local and period history and collections. We easily spent the whole day there and have to say it's the best and most unique and interesting museum we've ever seen!!!
we chose Grand Country Lakeside RV Park because it was centrally located for our property search, but what we found was a hidden gem. 55 plus, quiet, lake views, and all for a very reasonable price. will defiantly come again
Very, disappointed me and my husband were planning on staying at this RV Park but they do not know how to call you back , especially when you have left a message for them on there answering Machine, and we live a hour away and I was afraid when we arrived on Friday I wouldn't be able to get hold of anyone to let us in the park because the number you are supposed to call that is on there sign is the number you call to see if they have any available campsites. So, we are going somewhere else'!!! There loss!!
Great place! Very relaxing and quiet. Owners are great people and make sure everyone is safe and happy. We really enjoyed our time there. Don't miss this hidden gem right on the shore of Grand Lake!
Husband and i have stayed at this park several times. This park is right on the water beautiful view of lake. Landscraped beautifully. Very quite and just the place to sit outside and enjoy nature and the scenery. Walking trails right next door. The owners are very nice and want to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Park is safe and secure Check it out you won't regret it.
