Grand Havana Club

I had the opportunity to go to a meeting hosted by a member. They have some of the best cigar collection that I have experienced. The club has lockers for members cigars in a beautiful humidor room. There is a lounge room for dinner. The menu is great and everyone commented on how great the preparation of each dish. Finally, the view of Manhattan is always a treat.

Was invited as a guest. Nice view from the 39th floor. Great drink list and presumably cigar list - I have limited knowledge on cigars. Definitely a place where the who's who go to. Service lived up to expectation. Lamb chops are recommended, perfectly cooked with great flavour.

This is a great place to go to smoke a cigar however we were and you probably need to know a member to be able to get into this place. It takes about two years to become a member of the place but if you become a member of the select place you can smoke cigars anytime you want in the comfort of a lounge chair with a ton of other people smoking cigars at the same time. When I came I met the river and Al Sharpton there and he was smoking a cigar with his bodyguard. Overall a good place to Need some famous people if you’re into that.

A Great American Cigar Room. The atmosphere is immersed in cigar culture with a terrific staff of knowledgeable cigar enthusiasts who take pride in the place. A great dinner menu follows an even better cigar and scotch selection. It’s private so you won’t get in with a ‘I know someone important’ card but well worth finding that person.

By far the Best view while smoking a cigar indoors. Always a pleasant & joyful experience. The Bathroom is nice and all but why does everyone love talking about the view while they're doing a number one. The service is good and Alec Baldwin is on the board. Heard they lost their lease ... Sad to see this place Move ... or has it moved already #teehee

This is the best cigar lounge I've ever been to. Got the invite for drinks, dinner, and a late night cigar with my dad and several of his friends. The great, old world atmosphere reminds you of the early NYC days with politicians, celebrities, and old world bankers sprinkled in chairs and booths throughout. I had a few Kettle One and sodas great pour, a ribeye cooked to perfection medium rare, and a piece of cheesecake. Finished it off with a double espresso, Sambuca, and a Romeo Y Julieta. Highly recommend the Grand Havana if you can get in members only!

THIS IS THE MECCA FOR CIGAR ENTHUSIASTS. If you are a cigar smoker this place should be on your bucket list. Its members only so try to make friends with somebody and get invited like I did. The food is 5 star and the service is top notch. the views from the 40th floor is stunning. Huge selection of fine cigars. Also spotted a few celebrities.

Been a member here for approx 10 years after being on a wait list for 1. Best private cigar Club in nyc. Also gives you access to their moscow and bev Hills clubs too. Taking meetings here is a great closing spot for deals, great celeb sightings, awesome food in the lounge the restaurant is also great for dinner, and the humidor is the best experience. 39th floor on top of 666 fifth ave - best views in the city. Fabulous. I am a member of the GHR in Beverly Hill. Both places are spectacular. The reception of the manager and staff was first rate. They made me feel at home. I plan on taking my son and son in law there for dinner this weekend. Thank you Stan and Shannon for calling ahead.

Con: Overhyped, elegant facade. Felt like we were bugged. Kushner owned building, no surprise if so Dad and a business partner coaxed me to join them. Superficial crowd, gossips over seeing a famous vip, wannabe oligarch vibe. $12,000+ membership is wasted here for bragging rights. Pro: attentive staff, good drinks and view.
