This was a fun little airport to fly into. It seems to be undergoing a bit of construction though. Very easy and simple to get in and out of. The one thing I really liked is that the car pickup area is completely covered. A few snack shops to choose from. If you fly Delta there are no Sky Clubs here. Overall it was good.

Folks are very friendly, take care of each other, family oriented..

Pictures are of GR Michigan.   Friendly service, courtesy car, good hotels in town. Well kept turf runway, and hard surface. Fuel is not cheap though.

This airport has some reevaluating to do. Shops and restaurants inside are the same as all the other airports. Its kind of a small airport. But the real kicker is the service. Our flight was already delayed and because of their poor communication our pilot was uninformed that they changed the gate. When in reality it seemed like they didnt have a gate ready considering we sat in the plane for 2 HOURS because we didnt have a gate to deplane to. Then they kept making our pilot move over FOR OTHER PLANES THAT JUST GOT THERE so they could deplane first like what is that??? After we got off the plane the pilot was even frustrated because they were making him do 90 degree turns on ice!!! Worst experience ever!!

A small airport tht can do so much more only small plains and ups fed ex package drop off it used to be decent with a airturminal and was shut down

Best on time of ANY Airport in country and they never lose your bags.   No Curbside check-in though

Not to be confused with Gerald R. Ford International Airport or Grand Rapids Airport MI. Most of the reviews here apparently have.

Had my taxes done by AARP. Very helpful and quick

Needs a drop zone. Also wish it was more alive.

Easy access, Great service friendly staff.
