These folks are simply the best! Always helpful & going the extra mile! Combined with great selection and competitive prices, there is nowhere else I'd rather do business!

They have all you would need for parts and equipment. But, unfortunately we visited 20 till closing with an emergency part supply pick up and weren't greater to kindly.. you could see the "meh attitude" in the way they handled the situation. Sad because it seems to be a nice little spot. Might retry them in the future... Not all places can be high in customer service. I think I'll stick with going to Harry's for the great customer service. Only time I foresee using this place is if I am out on peach orchard road already in Richmond county and don't want to make the trip to Columbia county. But if I'm coming from Hephzibah and going to Columbia county already I will damn sure pass this place and go straight to Harry's Saw shop on Bobby Jones right by the interstate.

Took our old lawn mower to be reconditioned...they said probably a three week wait...backed up, with mowers coming in daily... and short-handed! This business has been here for a long time, friendly service...And mower was ready in 10 days! 5 s‼

Poor customer service. I stood around waiting while staff had friendly conversation with another customer. Never greeted upon entering store or asked may I help you. After awhile, I walked out, never to return to this business again.
