Don’t even try to plan an event here. Was trying to schedule two different events in the month of October. After leaving many voicemails I talked to someone who assured me that both of the dates and times I was looking were available and gave me pricing. I told them I had to confirm everything with the board and would get right back with them. Called back immediately, left a voicemail, and never heard back. After a few days called and left another voicemail. I called every single day and left a voicemail saying I wanted to lock in those dates. Almost 15 days later someone gets back to me just a few days before the event and tells me both dates are now unavailable because there isn’t enough time to get staff for the first date and somehow the second date I needed is booked by someone. Really curious how that happened since it was available when I spoke and tried to call her right back. Whoever is running this department is doing this business a disservice.
Attended a conference here. The facility itself is great for multi media presentations. Parking is insufficient for the size and use of the facility.
We had a safety meeting in one of the rooms there the staff I met was friendly and helpful

The Muskegon Innovation Hub at GVSU has been an integral part in growing our business. The staff is fantastic and the programs they offer are informative and well done. I don't know that we could have grown our business as fast or as well without them.

Love this building, organization, and the people. As an innovator, entrepreneur, and startup owner just beginning-this place has been a fantastic resource. I would highly recommend it to students, and entrepreneurs.
What a great place for a new businesses and entrepreneurs. Their resources are amazing and they really focus on the importance innovation and networking.
Unique innovation hub that offers start-ups an opportunity to spread their wings. Great design and open space for creative collaboration.
I've taken small business classes here and attended 5x5 night a few weeks back. Nice facility!
