Great store, but they don't shovel their sidewalk in the winter next to the main road, so if you are a walker, good luck. Other than that, they are amazing. Please note the store's response to this review below. It seems it is not their issue as much as an issue of the City of New Buffalo not caring, at all. Review is now 5 stars instead of 3. Lastly, Grand Variety Do-It Best does a GREAT job shoveling what they do shovel. The only issue is what the City of New Buffalo has to deal with. ZERO issues with what Grand Variety Do-It Best already does.
Best staff in town. Both knowledgeable and just amazingly helpful. They have absolutely everything you need. They're inventory is a little stressed right now, but I understand due to their remodeling and the rough winter that re-branding takes time. I can't wait to see what they do moving forward. Easily the best place to shop in town for whatever your needs are. They've got hardware, snacks, craft beer, shipping supplies and much more!!! It's New Buffalo's greatest shop, plus it's the most affordable place around.
Very friendly, helpful. I came in to buy a Michigan craft beer, Old Nation Brewing's M 43, and the gentleman at the checkout pointed out they also sold singles. I might have bitten, but my cooler was already full. I will definitely be back.
This place is amazing, drove in here earlier today and it was the most friendly upbeat business i have ever walked into. I met some amazing people and got some awesome advice on beer selections. Thank you so much for the Knob Creek whiskey glass!
I have always appreciated this store and it’s staff. I am so sorry to see it closing. Apparently the building has bee sold.
