Grand View Motel

Do not stay at this motel if you have a service animal. They denied /rejected my 6-year-old severely disabled daughters service dog I have all of the documentation and paperwork and little card ID for service dog and the owner still refused.Service: 1/5

Me and my friend stayed here, all night some punk was screaming next door. Next day we saw her attack a man when he was leaving her room. Her arms were bleeding and she was clearly high on substances black and red hair, white female She's been staying here for weeks and we will not be back if this motel really lets those that should be better housed in an asylum live amongst those just trying to get a good night's sleep.

They are nice people but this place is garbage. They'll start you out in one of their nicer rooms, then the second or third time you stay it might be worse to say the least. The third time I stayed here it was next to the "grandfathered smokers" and the smoke and seeped into the room from next door and it has a terrible perminant Ash tray smell. I would not recommend this place unless you absolutely couldn't afford anywhere else. They wouldn't move me and I had to choke on that smell and the girlfriend was livid. To beat it all the guys wife will try and accuse you of smoking in the room and try to hold your deposit. I'm sure you can find a better place.

The tale of two rooms. We found this place as a last resort. We reserved a room with a king bed. That reservation was found on a scrap of paper that was stuck on the side of the counter. The king beds are in the older building and the room was disgusting. The fact that it smelled like smoke was the highlight. They can't possible pass a health department inspection. We went back to the office and got a room with two queens. It was in the "new" building. This room was fine -- it appeared to be clean and it smelled pretty fresh. I'd pass on this motel but if you do come here be sure to be in the "new" building.

I don't mind foreign people, but the lady that answered the phone sounded Indian/or Hindi and she was extremely rude to me. I asked for weekly rates and she thought i said monthly and she proceeded to ask me how many people, kids or pets. As soon as I told her I had a cat, she immediately said 'no thank you bye' and hung up. I was displeased with the way she spoke to me.

True it is an older motel. However, the owner, Paul, takes fantastic care of it. He is constantly making improvements to the property, and he has a heart of gold and hoe is very responsive to his guests needs.

Nice people who will offer a $265 weekly rate. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Nice bed, clean blankets and sheets. Nice TV, fridge, microwave and Wi-Fi.

Was very nice quiet and the TV worked shower was nice and warm and beds were comfy

I dont know, but assume it was the owner i talked to. Awesome guy. Place is clean and really nice. Didnt know what to expect. But can say we were definetly very happy with the service and the room we got. Upkept very well. If your looking for a quiet little place . This is it. Will stay again. Thank you.

Nice quiet place. Paul the owner is very nice. He made sure that we were happy and had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
