I’m Grandma Ding and I just love making fudge. It makes people happy, and there’s nothing better than that.
I’m really picky about what goes into my fudge. I like to buy local nuts and flavors. We make fudge in my kitchen every day.
I’m always experimenting with new flavors of fudge. Sometimes you might find amaretto, peanut butter, black walnut, mint or fruit flavors. You have to check back to see what fresh new ingredients are available.
I’ve been making fudge for more than a dozen years. People tell me it’s the Best Fudge Ever and I like to believe them.
I work hard to make it the best I can. I make it fresh in my own kitchen daily.
You can find me and my family at Kansas City’s City Market every Saturday, and we also sell it from our farm, Pumpkins Etc.
