Available year round our cabin is perfect for any season vacations. Grandma’s Cabin vacation rental is located in Last Chance of Island Park, 90 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho and 110 miles from Bozeman Montana.
Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance and West Yellowstone, Montana are just 30 miles away. Making Grandma’s Cabin is the perfect location. Close enough to all the activities yet far enough way to have a private quiet setting.
Yellowstone and the Island Park area offer abundant opportunities for hiking, horseback riding and world famous fly fishing. There are many lakes, rivers and streams in the area for great fly fishing including the world famous Henry’s Fork of the Snake River and the Madison River.
Why not hike the Continental Divide Trail or the many day hikes in Yellowstone or take advantage of the many hiking trails available in the Targhee National Forest or take a horseback ride in Harriman State Park and enjoy the wild life and beautiful scenery.
Winter is absolutely the best time to visit. Our Winter Wonderland brings over 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails that start right from the cabin with even more deep powder areas to ride. Don’t miss Two Top or Mount Jefferson which is often called the “Top of the World”.

Our Vacation Cabin Rental is equipped, with three-bedrooms to accommodate from two to 11 people. Has a well-equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils and service for 12, a full size range, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, telephone, satellite television VCR & DVD, washer & dryer and a barbecue grill on the front porch.
