BEWARE OF SCAM. Employees at this store will LIE and deny that your existing account is open and attempt to run your credit and offer you financing that you have to PAY for at a ridiculous APR from an outside third party. Do not be tricked by people who lie to ruin your credit and keep you indebted. Go to a reputable store.
Kanny is by far the rudest salesperson I’ve ever interacted with. I asked a few simple questions and she refused to help me and gave me a really inappropriate response. She even went to the extent to block my phone number where I was unable to confirm my delivery details. Don’t bother shopping here awful customer service and definitely don’t give Kanny your business.
Just go to Best Buy!!! Stay Away From BrandsMart. I've been told many times not to go to BrandsMart. That they sell B class products they pick up from the manufacturers, that's why they have low prices, and also the reason why so many products come defective or broken out of the box, then you go back and they say it was you. We bought a TV that they didn't fully unwrap it to test it, and what we saw seemed fine. We got home turned it on and surprise surprise it was cracked where we couldn't see at the time of purchase. Packed it back, brought it back and of course now the damage is now worse cause that's what screens do. They didn't even test it in front of us they took it to the back and just came out and said they couldn't do anything. Since the beginning they said they looked at the cameras, an hour later they were asking about that transaction time to "look at the cameras" basically they were trying to brush me off without properly investing, and cause of me insisting on an exchange they actually decided to look at the cameras an hour later. $395 down the toilet. Thinking now ALL my other TVs I got a Best Buy, NONE of them issues, paid more but A Quality products that have lasted me years, one of them going on 5 years, which I carried in the trunk of my car sticking out.
Brandsmart always has what I need at great prices. I love the scratch and dent stores, too. Many times you can hardly see anything wrong. It may just be the last few items from the main store they are bringing in a new model. You must check it out.
This Brandsmart on 47th Ave and the Palmetto wow what can I say! They have to train their staff a bit better and to have more knowledge about what they sell there.... And if it's available when you call to verify and not tell yes, yes come, we have it.... Time is money. And their Leasing Department are the worst my God what a bad attitude these girls have towards customers..! Horrible customer service!!
do not purchase from this business. i went into the brandsmart in miami gardens and purchased a brand new mcbook air that totaled up to $1067. upon purchase i went home and opened the product myself hours later and set it up, when i came back to my laptop it had a blacked screen on the far left side. i called brandsmat and they told me to come in for a return and exchange for the defective product. upon arrival the both the return associate and manager Fernando B. felecom told they can’t do anything about it because the screen was cracked. I told fernando that this isn’t just $20-$30 that i spends, this is $1000 and he responded “i know i work here” with much arrogance. They told me to go to apple and get it fixed. The laptop was not inspected before leaving or anything. i write this email for the sake of others not having to face this issue. this product was clearly defective on their end more than likely through delivery or handeling but no i have to pay the cost of repairing. i have not had this laptop for 24 hours and now it’s broken and they are blaming me. they are not abiding by their word or return policy either.
Diana was awesome , answering questions patiently .A lot of people ignore the lady and just talk to the man when it comes to electronics but she was too classy for such crass behavior
This place doesn’t deserve any flags at all. Customer service sucks! I called to speak to someone to follow up with the technician who was supposed to come back and fix my washer its been a month and every time i call the repair department the girls pick up the phone and hang up. I call back to try other department then they pretend they dont understand me and hang up.I speak English and Spanish and no one will help me. How do i contact someone who can help me to tell me when are they going to come fix my washer. The technician said he will come back in a week after he orders the part its been a month and no one has come by yet. This is horrible customer service from you guys.
