Grandview Mall Administration

Came to the Shopper's Drug Mart on February 11 to get a Covid booster and the Pharmacist Michelle Coffey was amazing! While I waited, I listened to her calm an irate client down from about a 9 to a 2 inside of five minutes. Her customer service skills are on point! She was friendly and patient while I helped her input my info into her system first Covid shot for me in Ontario, doncha know?, and made the whole experience worthwhile. I may very well opt to come back here to get another booster whenever it becomes necessary to get it. Very happy!

I've been shopping here since before 2000 with my mother and grandmother. I really enjoyed coming to this mall pre-COVID. During COVID I was harassed by their guard and treated with disrespect, so much so that even my kid doesn't want to come into the mall anymore.

For being a very small mall, it has basically everything you would need. Great location, and plenty of parking. The parking lot is also connected to the tim horton's there as well. So if your partner takes a long time shopping, at least you can grab yourself a coffee for the wait.

Teeny little mall. Perfect for quick outing for pretty much anything.

It is really a small mall. It can be called as a small shopping complex. RBC bank, metro grocery store, bargain shop and a shoppers drugmart is some important places that i noticed inside this mall. It closed around like 10-10.30.but the metro have a different entrnace. Sometimes the mall looks creepy. But i havent had any bad experinece from this place at all.

Nice selections of stores, got most of the stuff I needed

It is a smaller Shoppers Drug Mart store but does have a good selection of items to purchase. It does not have much selection of fridge/frozen foods due to space but the cosmetics department is large, it has a post office with stationary supplies as well as the usual shopping aisles you would normally find in a SDM and of course the pharmacy is available and is not usually too busy. I actually find this SDM to have some of the things in stock that others sell out of because it is small and not as busy.

Staff are great, and very helpful.

Grew up around this place, we used to run our bikes through here years ago was always fun, now I just go there now for the ATMs and metro. Good times.

Nice place. They don’t have a lot of stores however good place to shop and bank.
