The new store is clean. I'd go back, at this point because I had to walk through the whole store to find 3 items. So, I got it memorized. Why? Because every employee was standing at the front of the store, behind the counter, gossiping as the customers were wondering around, looking for specific items. There had to be 5, at least. I had a sick horse and had to get specific items for her. Instead of being 2min in and out, turned into 20min searching for it. I really hope, later on, after it opens fully.... especially for the holidays, we can get some sort of customer service.
Not to impressed with the new store, We were told it would carry live pets and live feeder mice and rats, like the Center Point store and you dont. I didn't see your fencing or suppies anywhere, except unails and stuff. Put personally think you should carry feeder rats.
I like the old store better! I've been in the new store twice, both times loud pop music playing SO LOUD! Isn't Grange still a farm and garden place?? One would never know if it was when walking in the door.. Disappointed..
Brett & Kay were great! Very patient and helpful for my family. Nice selection of outdoor plants, but the houseplants were next level. Did I mention their sales? Check it out for yourself.
Love the Grange I need them to stoke more clothes for kiddos.
Always great service! And when you ask them a question, if they don't know it they will find out someone who does! Great place to buy my plants, flowers and soil!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I always find more than I need. I got dog food, cracked corn, jeans for my daughter, boots for my mom...plus a candle and house plant for me...for the win. Hope y'all had a Merry Christmas! Looking forward to the new location. SHOP LOCAL
Love their service, always a great atmosphere with friendly disposition. I've always found what I need with brand names I trust whether it be for my lawn and garden needs or for any of my different pets needs. Thank you all very much for providing all my needs in one stop in a wonderful and calming environment.
It was great the staff was really friendly and helped explain things that I needed to understand in order to make my purchase
I had the best experience with the employees at the white city location! I inquired about a specific size in one of the items that was currently on sale and they didn’t have it there. The lady that helped me called the another store and they didn’t have it either and she offered to call the other one but I told her I could do that. I did a little more browsing and the same employee offered some helpful advice and I ended up buying a product and walked away a very happy customer!!!!
