Been here a couple times over the last month. Both for lunch and dinner. Always been satisfied with my experiences and service. If you're looking for value and reliable food, this is a good place.
Very delicious food and excellent service. We had a great meal on Christmas Eve with the family - highly recommend the cranberry mimosa, so good! Fish and Chips meal also got rave reviews from the table as well as the salmon and chicken pot pie.Recommended dishesChicken Tender Dinner
Enjoyed our dinner. Portions were large, flavor was good, service was good. A good amount of variety on the menu. 4 starts because my wife’s burger was underwhelming.
Run away. Especially if you think making a reservation might get you a table or any customer service. Had a reservation for 12 made a week in advance and followed up on it the day before our gathering. We were told it was no problem. My party waited over an hour past the reservation time in a crowded noisy foyer. It’s understandable that sometimes things get backed up, but for 45 minutes they told us that the party before us was just settling their bills leading us to believe we didn’t need a plan B. They wouldn’t give us a sense of how long it would be so we could go elsewhere if it was going to be longer. They just kept telling us that the people we finishing up…for 45 minutes. After a quarter of the people in our party left after waiting so long, they still couldn’t get 8 of us seated. They said the people had been there over 3 hours even though their reservation terms limited the seating to 2 hours. When we told them we were going to leave, not a sorry, not an offer of vouchers, nothing to make it right—just an okay, see ya. I get that they were having a rough night, but they did nothing to accommodate nor were they especially kind or apologetic. There are better places that have better food and miles better treatment of customers. Used to be a favorite brunch location when friends and family visit from out of town. Won’t take the chance on another situation like this again.
Loved it!! The drinks were alright, but… The baby ribs were just perfect and the shrimps.. Mmm.. If you haven’t yet, definitely give them a try. You won’t regret it!
Great food, fast service, good drinks Sundays has a breakfast bar also. Each day they have specials. Desserts are over priced though 9.50 for the carrot cake and really was not that good.
Amazing food and a great drink menu, with the option of to go beer. Super kind staff and always a pleasant experience! Got the millionaires burger, and the same in a slider tower. Really good specials during the week, so always worth the stop! Will definitely be back soon.
Love the spinach artichoke dip! Comes with chips and nann bread. Also, try the chicken tuscano, I prefer it over the Mediterranean chicken so that's my go to but, as always, it is a flavor preference. Sometimes it's a little busy but the servers really try hard to keep up. Lunch can be a little distracting if you get seated next to a demonstration or "sells pitch" aimed towards the elderly. Parking: Fighting with mall parking is always fun. Worth parking east and taking the stairs up if it is a busy mall day.
I added a star to my 3 star review in the support of fairness. This is as close to 5 star as we get. Great food, great service and very good beer on Mondays discounted growler refills. Management is responsive and leads a good example for servers. I ask servers how they like their jobs, my server was happy and satisfied with the job, this is important to me.
quiet Wednesday lunch & the kitchen was sleepy quiet too, slow service, slooow food - 20 minutes for soup, then 20 minutes more before lunch entrees arrived - could be a staff shortage thing - very common now - soup was good - everyone enjoyed the entrees - did provide for lots of time to visit & drink beer - great selection & super smart to rotate "guest" beers - sampled several of Granite's brews - 1st class - get the growlers !
