GranoIa. Not the cereal aisle, grocery store stuff. I make small-batch homemade granola using organic oats. Quality matters. You can taste the difference!
Welcome to Granolicious! I make small-batch homemade granola using organic rolled oats from Alamance County’s historic Lindley Mills. Quality matters to me so I use as many organic ingredients as I can and I search out suppliers who pay attention to details. I think you build quality one ingredient at a time and I truly believe you can taste the difference.
When my kids were in grade school (many moons ago), I often baked granola and gave it to their teachers as Christmas and end-of-the-year gifts. So, granola and I go way back. But the idea to create my own recipes and brand, Granolicious, really began to take root in 2012. After some serious family health problems, I found myself taking comfort comfort in the warmth of my kitchen. The more I chopped, measured and stirred, the better I felt. As time marched on, I started churning out ideas faster than I could bake. I learned to experiment with flavors, trust my instincts and make granola that I’m proud to offer. And, call me crazy, but the aroma of a cooling batch of homemade granola just kind of feels like a cheerful greeting, like an edible “Good morning, Friend!”
So, good morning, friend, and thanks for stopping by!
