Granville Island florist is definitely the best in town. The owners are so friendly and pleasant, they created a beautiful design for my wedding and worked well within my budget. Would definitely recommend using them for all events!
Suzane and her team did a beautiful job on our wedding flowers. We struggled to find a florist who understood our vision and was willing and able to produce the look we were going for. They even mocked up the arrangements and bouquets for us on two separate occasions to make sure we got what we wanted. But, what really set this team apart was their ability to manage a complex day of schedule, making several different deliveries and pickups to four different locations across two days—all on time, with zero errors. Lastly, due to a cold spring there was a shortage of white peonies—but, Suzane knew how much I wanted them so she found some so that I could have my dream bridal bouquet. Thank you!
I ordered 2 mixed bunches of eucalyptus online using the 1st reference photos they have on their website. When I arrived the eucalyptus was only one type, though beautiful and healthy it looked like the size of one bunch. I asked the florist and she assured me it was two bunches. So I ended up paying $70+taxes for about 10 stems of eucalyptus. As I was working towards a budget with a time line, I drove 45 minutes away to pick these up so I wasn’t paying more for delivery it was very disheartening to receive such a small amount and By then I wasn’t able to make any changes. Maybe this is the going rate for eucalyptus however I would encourage GIF to change your photos or clarify in their comments to match what customers should actually expect to be receiving.
They got so many kinds of flowers! Shop is a bit hard to find as I drove by without seeing any signs. Store is a bit small, but they carry lots of pretty flowers, you just need some time and patience to pick your favs. They also have some very unique flowers you don’t see in other florists. The latter two photos are the ones we bought today and taken in our home. My wife loves them the owner was so nice and she gave my 1-year daughter a rose for Valentines Day
Highly dissatisfied with GIF. Beginning consultations for our wedding went really well and they came highly recommended. However they did not provide us with the colour palette we had agreed upon and never informed us of changes to the arrangements. Rather on the day of our wedding the flowers showed up not looking anything like what we had discussed. It was extremely disappointing and ruined and the look of our event. After multiple back and forth emails with Suzanne, she finally called me and agreed to a refund. It’s been almost 10 months since our wedding and we’re yet to receive the refund despite multiple email follow ups to her. Highly disappointed and would not recommend.
Suzanne and her team are miracle florists. Our wedding got postponed from May to September a whole new floral season!. Suzanne and her team brought my vision to life, more so than I could have ever imagined. I was a fairly specific bride in that I had a vision in mind for most things what bride doesn't!?! and when I walked into our venue and saw the florals, I could hardly believe it. It was ABSOLUTELY stunning - quite possibly the most gorgeous floral setup I have ever seen. My bridal bouquet was perfect, I told Suzanne I wanted 70% blush and 30% white, the corsages were beautiful and the boutineers were an exact replica of what I had explained I wanted. The photos speak for themselves in how magical it all looked. I am so grateful to Suzanne and her team for working so hard, and putting up with me for 1.5 years!! They outdid themselves and I will always remember that moment walking into the venue and seeing the most stunning flowers. Thank you Suzanne!! You are the best!
Suzanne and her team is the best florist in Vancouver! They arrange our cafes' weekly floral arrangements, and my customers would come in just to take pictures with them. Thank you also, Suzzane and the GIF team, for making the beautiful bouquet for me today and delivered it to me! Highly recommend them for all occasions!
Suzane from Granville Island Florist did a stunning job with fresh florals for our wedding and reception. She and her team were able to re-use the flowers for both days, and they were still incredibly fresh and matched the different themes! Her gorgeous florals on our hanging truss were just stunning!
Granville Island Florist did the flowers at our wedding this summer and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. The centrepieces turned out amazing; all our guests kept commenting about how beautiful they were. Suzane met with us multiple times to go over the colour scheme and arrangements with us and even had meetings with our decor planner to coordinate everything. We were very indecisive with our colour scheme and kept making changes but Suzane was sweet enough to make multiple demos for us until it was just right. The day of the wedding was completely hassle-free for us and the flowers turned out better than we could have imagined. If you're looking for a florist for your wedding, I would definitely recommend Granville Island Florist.
Granville island florist fulfilled my order on a very tight deadline! They were so delightful to deal with and very accommodating for my last minute request. I highly recommend them for all your floral needs :
