Grapevine Country Tours was top notch from the initial phone call inquiring about their services to the last drop off back at our hotel. Nicole was a pleasure to work with, she was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions when I called. I booked them for our mother and daughter trip. Rich was our driver on the first day, we had Jessica on the second day. They were both very professional and were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of the area and had great recommendations for us. Had a wonderful experience with Grapevine Country Tours and our driver, Rich. The booking and confirmation process was seamless and we were able to suggest some of the wineries we would like to visit. Rich, our driver, was prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and drove us safely from winery to winery giving us recommendations when we asked. He gave us time at each winery to enjoy our tastings and lunch and was a great conversationalist. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
Bonnie is a wealth of knowledge. She taught us so much about the history and geography of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with her.Service: Private tours

If I could give this tour company a 10 plus rating, I would. We had driver Rich and he was awesome! He gave us recommendations based on our likings, escorted into each winery and gave us all the time we needed to have a great and memorable experience! We will totally be booking with this tour company again and again! Thank you for such exemplary customer service and such a personable and memorable experience!
This was our 5th Finger Lakes tour with Grapevine Country Tours and they just keep getting better and better. Our driver/guide Nicole was amazing and so knowledgeable. But, she really proved her worth when she had to juggle 2 tours after another vehicle broke down and succeeded in getting the 2 groups to their scheduled wine tastings seamlessly. Nicole, you rock! My husband and I were on an anniversary getaway and decided to include a private wine tour. Our driver, Nicole, was friendly and knowledgeable and we genuinely enjoyed our time with her. When we mentioned that my husband has a gluten sensitivity but enjoys craft beer, she went out of her way to try to find a brewery with a gluten-free option and she did!. We told her our preferences in wines and she knew just which wineries to visit and which to skip, based on our tastes. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Nicole!
