Grateful Bread is a scratch bakery featuring local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Located between Duvall Coffee House and Irwin's Real Estate.
The Grateful Bread was founded in Seattle in 1996 by Rod and Judy Neldam. We opened Grateful Bread Duvall in 2014. Rod is a 3rd generation Danish and some of the recipes used at Grateful Bread are from Neldam's Danish Bakery (Oakland, CA) founded in 1929. Our bakery strives to use fresh, local and organic whenever possible. Our current product line includes pastries, cookies, fresh breads and Anchorhead coffee and espresso drinks, deli sandwiches and homemade soups. and a specialty foods section. There is PARKING AVAILABLE directly behind Grateful Bread in the Duvall Family Drug parking lot. We share this parking lot with them. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates.
