Kids just love it. Grownups as well do. I've been here with my kid number of times and he likes this place alot. They have a parent jump free in the morning session @9:00. Good time spent here with friends and family. Best part is you spent good and fun time with your kids a and burn lot of calories in a cheering and fun way.
This place was pretty cool but there was nowhere to park. For such a big building, I feel like the parking situation didn’t make sense. Also, unless you get a Groupon, this place is pretty expensive.
Hidden gem for family, recommend arriving right when it opens, less patrons. Staff young friendly with clear explanation of facility. No shoes no socks, they have 5 bucks special grip socks for those not comfortable with exposing feet. We only lasted 45 minutes, paid for 1 hour play time. Stools, chairs, couch available to sit and watch. Waiver must be signed before entrance granted, used computer. Need someplace to kill time, visit this trampoline park.
Great place for any age... been there multiple times with friends and family, all enjoyed thoroughly. Prefer going in the morning around 9:30.
Fun for the whole family. Although I would recommend they turn up the AC. We went towards the end of summer and it was so hot in there!!!
Absolutely fantastic! Such a fun experience and a great place to spend an afternoon; staff was a great help and there’s enough space to allow everyone to try everything. Only thing I would criticize is the temperature; perhaps they should invest a little more in a more powerful air conditioner because it got very hot especially without any moving air. Otherwise, such a fun time! I highly recommend it.
I am a regular. The flight club we signed up was a great deal! We loved It. We Always Have an amazing experience!! The staff are amazing, they go an extra mile for everyone and are willing to walk anyone through on how to fill out a waiver. Their costumer service is outstanding. All management is amazing, sweet and caring. Manager Jessica is always interacting with parents and kids making sure everyone is having a great time. During my visit there was a boy who was scared, Jessica the shift lead had a talk with him and encouraged him to give it a try. After a couple of minutes the boy decided to give it a try and ended up loving it. The boys mother was beyond grateful. Definitely my daughters favorite place.
My daughter and her friend had such a great time! They loved the activities but... the staff was rude and possibly even drinking on the job.. so many rules but no signs to let parents know what not to do, instead staff talks down to the children as if they were annoyed with their jobs! No hand sanitizer anywhere to be found, no soap in the restrooms and dirty as well, it was very hot in there we expected good air conditioning it's a very nice building. The only reason I would ever go back is for my daughter she had a blast but they need better customer service especially if you want us to pay those kind of prices.
We had a blast....except my hubby hurt his ankle within the 1st 5 minutes so that sucked. But the employees were nice enough to give us a refund for him so that was nice. The place is clean and the employees are very helpful. We will be back for sure.
This time with my family was PRICELESS! The staff was very informative and polite! It was so much fun, our little girl is 3 and we went on a Tuesday from 9-11am and It was a perfect time to bring the young ones!! Good Mommy time with the babies too!!!
