Gray’s academy is an appointment only sports performance facility dedicated to enhancing the physical preparation of athletes of all ages, genders, and sports. 1-on-1 and small group training provided for general population.
My name is Joshua Gray and I am the owner and Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Gray’s Academy. I played football at Western Washington University and graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a B.S. in Physical education and health with a concentration in Exercise Science.
I am in my fourth year as the head strength and conditioning coach at University of Puget Sound, in which I worked with the men’s/women’s basketball, men’s/women’s swimming, men/women’s tennis, men/women’s, crew, women’s lacrosse, women’s volleyball, men’s soccer, and club ultimate Frisbee. I coached two years of football, and three years as the sprint and strength coach for the track and field team at Lincoln High School, and am currently in my second year as the boy’s head track coach at Stewart middle school.
I currently hold the CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), NASM CES (corrective exercise specialist), USA track and field level one certification, and formerly held the hard style kettlebell certification.
