I went here because im trying to experiment with some new things and other places in town just don’t have quite what im looking for. As soon as i walked in the girl at the front immediately asked if i was looking for anything in particular which i answered to and right away she was very open and comfortable to talk to. She helped me gather a few options and let me know how they worked and even gave feed back on her own personal experiences which made it even easier to open up. I eventually found what i wanted with her help and couldn’t help but notice the wide variety of things inside the store and how organized it was. After i checked out she gave me some samples of what i was looking at which was perfect for the experimentation i was looking for. Will most likely be going back.
My husband and I came across Guiltys today and decided to give it a shot. The other two adult stores are sad and not worth it. So when we walked in we were blown away with the selection and variety. It was clean and organized. The sweet gal behind the counter knew her stuff and was very friendly without being pushy. We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.
Came in tonight and was greeted by a bright face and a welcoming smile. The lady behind the counter introduced herself as stacey and she was very informative and professional. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Will be back here for our adult store needs. Thank you for being here for us.
Stacy was the reason I wanted to visit Gray's, and will return. Her advertising/promoting skills are phenomenal. She was knowledgeable and helpful when I was trying to decide which item to purchase including, setting up the app that came with the product. Gray's was clean and well stocked, with a variety of different options to choose from. And who doesn't like options? I also appreciate having a local business to patronize for my needs, most importantly, I appreciated the customer service that Stacy provided me.
Stacey knows all the things you need to know no guessing games she makes you feel comfortable in the store.
I went in this store today after just moving up here from Southern California. Honestly of the several shops within an easy drive I stopped in here because of all the reviews praising Stacy. And she absolutely did not disappoint. Her customer service is on point, and in a shop where it's easy for it to become awkward, she excelled in making you feel welcome. I think I spent just as much time talking with her as I did shopping. She even helped me pick out a surprise for the special lady in my life. Absolutely no regrets coming to this store other than I didn't buy more things haha.
Stacy is amazing! She is one of the workers there and she is by far the nicest person. She makes it feel like we aren’t shopping for embarrassing products. Best customer service worker ever!
We love this store! Multiple times we’ve been in and received excellent customer service! Monday we struck up conversation while shopping about a toy that stopped working and Stacey was quick to remedy that situation and help us with more great purchases. She has a wonderful welcoming personality that makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone!
Came into guilty pleasures to get a toy. Stacy was absolutely amazing and knew so much. She even helped a customer who had Tabasco sauce on a holster. If that isn’t customer service without ANY judgement I don’t know what is. She didn’t even make me feel bad for breaking my charger. Fun fact they aren’t waterproof.
My favorite place so far for everything fun. The employees are always kind and very helpful when it comes to shopping for lingerie. They have so many options to choose from unlike other places around here. Grays is definitely my go to shop.
