I Love Andre...one of the best cutters I have ever had! The Shop is nice, clean, friendly...maybe a good place to meet my next husband? It's a no attitude environment and I see that everyone is treated with the same degree of importance with regard to how they want their hair to be. I thought about not posting this because what if I can't get in -- but then decided it's nice to be able to complement them on a job well done.
The Rancho Mirage in Albertsons Country Club Village location, doesn't care if you checked online, they'll ignore you and take care of customers that suddenly show up even if they didn't previously check in, is good to recognize previous customers but you don't disregard others for it, otherwise get rid of your online check in since is a waste of time
Have used this place before. Finally found on that could do a good job. Today I tried someone else , so sorry I did I should left and waited those if the one I used would be in another day. But I thought they need a chance. Don’t do it. She cut a chunk off the back and said she needed to wet it down. I was soaked with the water bottle,then she went and got a de tangler spray. Soaked me down again. And now that spray got in my eye. I have always worn a simple bob cut. She blunt cut it won’t go under showed me the back and I had told her it will roll under with the flip of the hand DONE. Didn’t care I’m dripping wet and she said someone element there can cut it. Nothing left to cut or I wouldn’t have hair to turn under. No I’m DONE. Her answer is if you don’t like it don’t pay for it. Sad part I felt she did her best all of maybe 5 minutes. Going home to dry my hair and clothes out Needless to say I need to find a new place. She isn’t trained well in anyway of hairService: Haircut
Thank U Brandon for an outstanding job. I had grown my hair out after some one else had messed it up & Brandon was super super awsome, really friendly, & took his time perfecting my hair style. Thank you so much I feel like a new me.
Haircuts fir me and my boys. Called ahead using app and when we arrived we waited nk more than 5 minutes. All 3 stylists took great care of us.
NEVER going back here! I only went because they were open earlier than other spots. The old lady that cut my hair was rough! Basically hitting my head everytime she went to cut my hair with the clippers! Hair cut no good at all! It wasn't even AND she left cuts on my hair line trying to line me up! Zero Stars if I could!

I have been there 3 times, I get a basic hair cut,11/2 off the bottom and the same off the top really like Andrew he's great!
Andres always does a great job at cutting my hair. Just call first to check his hours since they may change from week to week.
