I had my hair done by Jen today. She listened to what I wanted & went above and beyond to help me. I came directly from another hair salon after a bad haircut. My hair looks presentable now ! All Thanks to her! She actually listens to What You want . Too many Stylists tell you what they think would be best and start chopping away. I'll always go to her now!!!
I chose this place for the convenience of being in Meijer. Did not get the lady's name, but she was great with my 3 yr old who was fighting a haircut. She said she had many kids and grandkids herself -- so that's where her patience obviously came from. She was kind and friendly and did a nice job!
Great Clips is located in Mejier's. I've had my hair cut there twice and the lady who cut my hair was very friendly. She did exactly what I wanted. Did a razor cut and it came out great. I finally found a place and person that can cut my hair. You can go on line and make your appointment or walk in.
Very bad experience. Usually I do not write bad review to anyone, but today’s experience put me in a situation to write this. I had checked in before driving to store, when I reached to store my name was not there. When I asked the lady in store, she said it appears only for hour, where I had checked in before 30 mins. After waiting, finally my turn came. I was feeling like that lady doesn’t have any interest to cut my hair. She did not speak a single word while cutting my hair. Usually I never seen that. I was feeling like they are doing racism. I will never go this greatclips again.
I really enjoy coming to this hair place. The ladies that work here are amazing. They're very chatty which I like and are really helpful when choosing a hair style and they alwase end up looking amazing!! They also have forms so people can donate their hair to "Wigs 4 Kids", a hair charity located in michigan. I 100% recommend coming to this fine astasblament
Would highly recommend anyone to find another place to get a haircut. The older blonde woman that cut my hair seemed grumpy from the moment I walked in. Moreover, she did a HORRIBLE job on my hair. It’s uneven in length, I have chunks of hair that are longer in length, and the back of my hair looks like a toddler took scissors to it. Never going back!
I undsrstand the stylist are supposed to marcket big but if i let you know i am on a budget stop trying to rip me off!!! I was in school for cosmetology myself i know what you do! Also great clips for some reason your stylist always cut my hair lopsided/uneven
Always a great job from this location ... they have been cutting my families hair since 2014!!
Got a horrible hair cut with bad service. They did not wash my hair first or blow dry it nice when done. My hair cut looks choppy with horrible bangs. I am going to another salon tomorrow to fix it.
