Absolutely awful. The hair dresser didn’t follow the notes from my previous haircut at another great clips and kept asking me how I wanted things and I tried to show her a picture but she wouldn’t look, just rolled her eyes and kept saying it was “personal preference.” Well a lot of good my personal preference did, I ended up with a 1/2 inch swath around my ears shaved bald, the “layers” in my hair were all choppy and extremely short and instead of cutting the front to be just above my eyebrows, she went back and cut it off almost completely flush with my hairline. I went in needing basically a trim on 5 inches of hair and came out with 1 inch at most in a few spots and staggered lengths all throughout that were much shorter. I’ve been going to this Great Clips for years and never had a problem with my haircut. Yesterday I had the worse hair cut possible. I asked for shoulder length hair and layers. The hair dresser cut it too short and the layers look SO CHOPPY. One of the pieces in the middle of my head is 1/2 as long as the rest of my hair, like I got bangs in the back of my head. I can’t believer how bad it is. Even if I asked for layers, it should blend in smoothly, and I can’t ask to fix it bc MY HAIR IS TOO SHORT. Usually the hair dresser takes their time to understand what I want, and confirm with me the length as they are cutting it. However, the hairdresser yesterday did not hesitate to cut off 7 inches of my hair, and did not take the time to understand what I wanted. She just nodded and proceeded to cut as short as she possibly can. It looks like I cut my own hair at home. I can’t believe I paid $20 for this emotional damage. I have never had any issues with any of the people I have gotten my haircut with…until today. The lady took my ponytails out of my hairwhich they usually always do she dropped one of them on the disgusting floor and I told her she could just throw that one away. She didn’t throw it away. She put it back in the pile with the rest of my ponytails. What a joke.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I don't ever want to come back here. In 2021 I came here for a pixie cut. I looked like an absolute joke for my entire 9th grade, it was horrible, my mother couldn't look at me. God awful.

Be Careful when using your prepaid haircut cards at any Great Clips. Be sure they deduct the haircuts you purchased as promised with the card not the current price of a haircut. Check your reciept for the proper deduction or all you did was give great clips a free loan for nothing by buying the card.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Very quick when using the quick sign in online. Staff very nice and respectful. Quick in getting me in and done.

Great haircut experience, cut perfect, very friendly to talk to while she was cutting my hair.

Charged m 8 bucks to trim beard as requested.  Had to remove it from accidentally cut too short. Then charge me?

Barb did a great job on my son's hair.  He has the worst hair.
