I recently visited Great Clips for a haircut for my son, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment My son sat in the stylist’s chair, it became apparent that the service was subpar.  Firstly, the haircut itself was not up to par. The stylist seemed rushed and lacked attention to detail. The end result was a poorly executed cut that left me dissatisfied. The finishing touches were lacking, and it was evident that minimal effort was put into ensuring a good haircut look.Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

I came here on 5/17 and asked for a longer bob. By the end of the cut, the sides were uneven and I had to point it out to the stylist for her to fix. She fixed the sides and I went home. I noticed when I got home that the pieces framing my face were drastically uneven. I kept my hair up for the next week because I was heavily pregnant and due to have my baby, so I didn't bother styling my hair. Yesterday for my son's newborn photos, I straightened my hair and my mom pointed out that the back was incredibly uneven and choppy. I'm so upset and disappointed about this haircut and feel embarrassed to wear it down now. I'm afraid to even have it fixed because it will need to be cut shorter than it already is.

I’ve taken my boys here a handful of times and have never once gotten a good cut. They always have uneven sideburns and crooked bangs. The last time I went the stylist asked if I was sure on the length because she didn’t want my son to look funny… on top of that they are never friendly here. I really enjoy getting my hair cut at Great Clips.  Using the App to check-in in advance is very useful.  I spend a lot less time waiting in line. I especially like my Stylist Stu! He does an fantastic job making me look my best! Thanks Stu!!!

If there was a way to rate 0, I would. Today I had to be the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a simple layering and I got a hack job. As far as my bangs, I wanted them just trimmed enough to get out of my eyes. I received a straight cut above my eyebrows. I came out looking like someone gave a bowl haircut. I was so embarrassed I didn't even want to turn and look at her. I knew the people that were walking in saw me as I was walking out and that alone made me cry. As soon as I got back in my vehicle I cried in my husband's arms. He felt so bad for me that he was blaming himself. That is terrible. Another thing that I would like to mention the fact the woman actually had the nerve to say, after she was done, "Your hair looks so much better now then when you walked in." Yes, my hair was fried at the ends when I walked in, that's why I was getting a trim. She straight up whacked it. I called someone else in tears asking if they could fix it. I ended up paying for haircut that looked like a 2 yr old done and paying someone else to fix my hair. I have to pull my bangs back with a bobby pin until they grow back out. Yes, I get it is hair and it grows back, but no one should have to walk around humiliated as it is growing back.Services:&nbsp;Bang trim

I love the place itself. But everytime I'm there I get a new stylist. I can't get the same cut each and every time

asked for a taper fade 3 times and to debulk with a 3, got an undercut with a 1 so nobody can fix it before school. Didnt even blend the top in with the sides. Do not go to great clips. my mom ended up blending the hair a little bit

Worst hair cut ever.needed relayering and ends trimmed.cut off like 6 inches.not layed.and bangs cut too short.very  disappointed

Felt rushed. Bit of a 'shelf' left on part side. Asked for a tapered back  and still got a crop. All else was great.Service:&nbsp;Haircut
