Very happy with my cut earlier this week. I wish I had remembered the guys name, with curly blonde hair, so I could give him a shoutout. He was very careful to ask the right questions and get the cut right as I wanted it without rushing. You don’t see that often at these brand chains.

My son and grandson got their haircut recently from the Plaistow greatclips and it was terrible! Erin, I believe the manager….all I could smell was rubbing alcohol! She was very rude and rough with my grandson! Hector cut my sons hair and did a ok job for a “barber”. Now that it has been a week both haircuts look terrible! Very choppy and weird looking, the blending is terrible! I do not recommend this GreatClips! The last time we went all the staff was out front smoking cigarettes and vaping.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

Just your typical express haircut. The up sells are rather sad and short on any type of Wow! factor. Been there, done that.
