The haircutters are fine, but the corporate policy of no appointments is STUPID. Why call ahead when you have to wait once you arrive?!? It's inferior to allowing appointments and kind of infuriating.
If you are a man, they cut hair great. If you are a woman, only get a trim here. i got curtain bangs, which is not a challenging hair style to achieve. I could've done curtain bangs myself and done a better job than the mess i have right now. I am too embarrased to leave the house because my hair is destroyed. i'm upset and sad. It took her 5 minutes to do my curtain bangs. She didn't invest any time. They are uneven in every way possible. I feel invaded. worst service ever.

Every haircut iv gotten here has been amazing the girls really know what there doing
Bleh . I've taken my two kidsboys to this location for their haircuts for roughly 6-7 years. 2-3 women are super sweet & do a good job with my kids simple to pull off haircuts. We always just have them do fades. My youngest son loves ladies & loves to talk lol. He recently turned 8. Has chatted the stylists up since we began taking him to the salon, maybe 5yrs old. He typically is looked at as a sweet, and outgoing kid. The stylist say it's cute & also rare of a kid his age to talk to them like he does, & to be polite with his please & thank you's my kids know to be polite & respectful!. Well, there have been some rude, shouldn't work around people let alone children, cold women there lately. A young girl, I swear she looked like she was 16yrs old at most. Could tell she had an awful attitude when we had sat for 45!! Mins waiting on my kids turns for them to get a seat with 1of only 3 stylists. 1 I recognized & remembered she Was sweet. The young one, I really hoped my 8 year old wouldn't land In her chair .... But he did. She stood with 1 hand & arm down on her hip. And had the scissors in other hand. Used that 1 hand to cut & didn't even lift her other arm as she walked circles around the chair, cutting my sons hair.... He must've picked up her attitude . maybe resting b!!ch face - no smile or remote sign of having a kind, passion for what she was doing, look on her face in over 1 hour at that salon 3-4wks ago!!! My son only spoke 10-15 words the entire time he sat in her chair. THEN another older lady. I'd say late 40s-early 50s. Also seemed to dislike ppl! Hair cuts are okay. Nothing that great. Always long hairs in Spots have had to trim their cuts after getting home from the salon in spots to even it out. On numerous occasions. Oh, & I can't believe the prices!!! But I can't say a lot.. EVERYWHERE is way expensive now!Thx...B!den!!

I took my boys in for cuts, and one of the two stylists not Emily finished the back of the neck unevenly with quite an angle off. Didn't realize that until we got home. She never offered to show the back of the cut with a mirror, which is common with other stylists.
Go here for a quick and cheap cut. You'll get a different person every time, but their system remembers your preferences.
This place is super slow and ALWAYS long wait times!! EVERY TIME. Online check is is always 90+ min wait times! Usually only 3 ppl working too! Hire more staff. No where else has long wait times like this!Service: Haircut
