Mailed me an expired coupon, charged 15$ for a toddler hair cut which they did a terrible job on. Half his hair wasn’t even cut and it’s not even. Rude lady refusing to cut my child’s hair and was rude to him when he walked in. Waited 60 min to be skipped until next stylist was available because she refused. If you can’t cut everyone’s hair, don’t work at a place where you advertise children’s haircuts! Never going back. Waste of money.Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

My hair was BUTCHERED when I asked for just a trim so that I could donate my long hair!!!  The rude woman argued with me until I agreed to let her cut more, but then she chopped it in half as fast as she could, not even wetting & combing out my hair first to make sure it was even! I asked for layers, and she replied, "No, you don't need layers." I need to get it fixed elsewhere, as it's uneven & looks like a kid took scissors to my head.  She needs to be fired, also because she argues with customers about how they should have their own hair.  WARNING: She is the round one with short, dark hair & a very loud mouth.

Nice staff but they need more training. I dont cut my hair here usually, but since my hair stylist is not in town I went to Great Clips for a haircut. My hair got chopped off today looks terrible. My goodness, I had to try fixing it myself because they were long hairs, chopped hairs, everything uneven wow! Never seen such a bad job I will be wearing a ponytail until I can see my  hairstylist.

DO NOT go here, these barbers didn’t even give me the haircut I wanted and they cut the hair too short and right after, I quickly noticed the day after that I was slowly balding.

This place is awful. After I told one of the staff members I didn't like the haircut, he used the b-word and was quite rude to me, forcing me to pay more. I discovered I had four bald spots the day after that.

Gone her for the last 2 haircuts & got Michelle both times. First time she made me uncomfortable loudly saying I have an extremely dry scalp & that I should buy shampoo on the shelf. After that first haircut she missed long strands & a few patches.  Got the second haircut yesterday & she hardly said anything to me. She went super fast & was done in about 10 minutes. There was a lot that she missed. The back of my neck wasn't lined straight, it was all over the place. She took a little patch of hair off the side of my head on one side & didn't do it to the other. My wife had to fix it for me when I got home. She doesn't do hair & it came out way better than having Michelle do it. My husband had received two haircuts from Michelle. The first one we noticed that she cut a little too much hair around his ears and missed a few long hairs. I trimmed them to fix it when he got home. Not a huge deal. The second time she cut his hair, she was rude and very unprofessional. Again, cut too much around his ears but missed several long hairs. She also cut the very front of his hair shorter than the rest. His sideburns are uneven and she left a patch of long hair at the crown of his head. I'm not typically one to post bad reviews but it's one thing to be bad at your job but to also be hateful is another. If he returns to this location, he will request another stylist.

I normally like Great Clips but today the stylist rushed through my haircut and was rough.  The results were choppy looking hair and I had to do some trimming when I got home.  My previous experience was great so it just depends on who cuts your hair.

I literally just went in and out and I'm sitting in my vehicle venting,I never bash anyone and I have alot of patience but this is the worst experience I have ever had and my 1st time here and my lady was very rude from the start,acting as if me being there with long hair was a burden,I showed her what I wanted and told her I need just  some cut off,layered like I already have but not above my shoulders as I work for the sheriff's office and I have to put my hair up,she wacks  it all off  then tells me to attempt to put my hair up,nope I will now need Bobby pins to put the short peices up now  and she gave zero cares!and did not do what I asked ,she took 5 minutes on my hair in a few big swipes all my hair is gone and it was below my waist to start I also told her my hair is naturally curly so when it dries it will be shorter and again zero cares now its the worst hair cut ever had and then left hair all over my face ,cheek and neck which is now red and irritated!never in my life,they need to be ashamed and embarrassed I wish I had read all these reviews before hand..miss my hair..and so angry

Worst experience I’ve ever had @ Great Clips. I typically only ever go for a cut once every 6 months @ my local Great Clips in Cooper City but I was in Titusville for a family event so I’d figure I’d come in for a wash blow dry & style, I was on the road that day and all I had were pajamas on so maybe I looked out of the sorts but either way I should’ve never been treated the way I was, the hairdresser was extremely rude and aggressive and I had to walk out, I felt so sore after I didn’t even get halfway through…I was in such disbelief that this was actually happening to me. It felt like she didn’t want to blow dry nor style my hair, just felt like she was purposely being aggressive and she even told me “Don’t you know beauty is pain?” after attempting to ask her to maybe use a softer less hard bristled brush that felt like was ripping off my hair and she kept brushing hardly on my scalp then to pull extra hard?? First time I’ve ever gotten a blow dry like that it wasn’t even done properly nor finished since I just had to walk out it was too much to deal with. Hairdresser w/ short straight black hair is a no go, avoid her at all costs. Great Clips needs to do better and hire people that aren’t going to be aggressive, rude & tell their clients to basically deal with the pain.
