Had appointments set to get my wisdom teeth pulled but on the day of or the day before they would call and cancel and then reschedule me for months later just to cancel again. Then they made it seem like I had to pay out of pocket for a crown after my root canal, which according to another dentist wasn’t done correctly when all my insurance company wanted them to do was to send the correct code I didn’t want a porcelain crown and I explained that to the lady on the right side of the office but she still sent my insurance company paperwork for a porcelain crown which got denied, which kept prolonging the procedure. I ended up switching dentist completely.

I highly recommend Great Dental Group Chula Vista, The staff Nora, Nadia, the nurse's the Dr's it's an awesome place to have dental work I have had from cleaning to teeth removal to Dentures and more. The best customer service anyone could ask for thank you for your great service.

Staff was friendly, easy to speak to, attentive to immediate needs you can tell that they have great teamwork in order to help work with patients.

After several bad experiences at different dental offices, I found an office with a Great team of Dental professionals. From the moment you step in to the moment you walk out , everyone is welcoming, courteous and helpful. The lady in the front helped me figuring out my insurance and understanding it. The doctor took her time to do the work and explained all the treatment in detail. The office smells great, definitely does not smell like a dental office, it is clean and organized. I will be recommending family and friends to this office.

You can tell who they give priority to depending on their insurance.

Place is clean, sadly they no longer have the great dentists they once had, they switch dentists every few months, and dentists now working there are very sketchy, they butcher your gums while doing procedures, they make requests for procedures you most likely don’t need, you ask for a change of dentist and they refuse to reschedule and accommodate you with another dentist. For three months back to back they cancelled my appointments without letting me know, they put in requests for dental procedures I did not need to get money out of my insurance company, when I am someone who takes their dental care very seriously, my insurance company obviously denied to cover the procedures and called me concerned since they have dental professionals that review the xrays etc. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and even that dentist told me luckily that I didn’t require all those procedures and that they were butchering my teeth and just trying to get money from my insurance company and money out fo my pocket. I spoke to their “coordinator” she who is in charge and instead of handling the issue professionally, she argued in a very unpleasant tone and hung up or either placed me on hold when calling back. Definitely not someone I’d recommend to go to, please be cautious of your dental care.

Alejandra in the front desk is really unprofessional and rude. The doctor on the other hand is amazing she treats you like a family member. Sucks to have Alejandra in the front with a nasty attitude. I would give 5 stars once they get rid of her.

This place is not for me .. didn't get the service I was looking for and charged for nothing being done .. thank you but I'll not be returning..... ok I'm not going to edit just add ... yall going to charge me 3 times for one vist well my lawyer has your number .. yall are so unprofessional you are robbing me blind I went one time got asked questions then charged 3 times for the same one visit .. never a again and I hope yall clean up this is bad
