I just returned from Roratonga, The Cook Islands last evening, it was as truly amazing as Matt said it would be. My wife and I had the bucket list vacation of our dreams! Matt made it so easy and so fun and he walked us through every part of our trip and even gave us tips and tricks to maximize our fun. I recently contacted Matt after searching for travel agents who specialize in Hawaii trips. Though I was asking for a *very* last minute booking to Maui for a larger group trip 5+ people, he was still willing to help me.  He took the time to answer any and all of my questions and he was incredibly kind and helpful. Within less than 24 hours he came back to me with great options for flights, accommodations we're talking oceanfront rentals! and car rental. I was so thrilled because it's often so overwhelming to find these things online, especially when traveling with a number of people. And it's so nice to see one price tag for a package deal  -- just makes it all so much easier!  Unfortunately, we had to put this trip on hold...However, I really wanted to take the time to review Matt for his services. He definitely knows the ins & outs of Hawaii travel. I know that when the time is right and my family and I can take the trip we will absolutely give Matt at Sea Escape a call for the booking.

When it comes to traveling, Matt always has me covered! He is the only travel agent I will go through and never travel without again. He's reliable, kind, super knowledgeable, well connected in the travel industry and has helped me on my last 4 trips. He finds me the best deals, I have gotten some surprise free upgrades on rooms, and he even always has lots of suggestions as to what sort of entertainment I would enjoy the most while at my destination. He thinks of all the little details for me so I don't have to stress about forgetting to book something. Finding Sea Escape Travel was the best thing that ever happened to my vacations! I used to stress so much every time I would plan a trip and now I can just kick back knowing he's got it handled. All of Matt's help has saved me money and time, and at no extra cost. It's a win all around...there is no reason not to travel through him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

I wanted to take a long, international trip and had no idea how to put it together. Through a friend of a friend, I found Matt and asked for his services. I told him what I wanted and he put it together. I am a detail-oriented person who likes everything to work just right, even if I am 8,000 miles on the other side of the world. I was not disappointed. Hotel amenities were as I requested. Activities, including pickups and dropoffs, went without a hitch. Vendors of the activities were solid. Airport shuttles to and from hotels were uneventful. Matt's recommendations for airlines were accurate. Matt possesses a vast knowledge of Australia, his specialty. He shared his knowledge from things as small as baggage fees and "TimTams," to which hotels to use in the various locations. And he was right on! TimTams are addictive! The quality I appreciated the most in Matt was his honesty. My travel took me to Japan and Hawaii, neither of which he specializes in. He told me so up front and said he would be going through different companies for those areas. Turned out just fine. Matt cares about his clients. He gave me a detailed itinerary, but didn't stop there. He emailed me during my trip and requested a critique upon my return so that he could follow up on any issues I might have had. Vacations are some of life's high points. Especially if you are headed into the unknown, it is wise to have a guide who is knowledgeable, honest, and conscientious to make your special time as great as possible. Two weeks before our wedding, my husband and I had not planned a honeymoon. On a strict budget, and short notice, Matt organized and incredible all inclusive getaway for us. He stayed in contact with us through out the trip as natural hiccups arose, and went above and beyond to help us. We could not have done this on our own. I will only book with Sea Escape. I've long been accustomed to making my own travel arrangements, but I am now happy to let Matt handle the details. He always does a great job, and it's nice to know he's in my corner if I need him. I won't plan a vacation without his help anymore.
