horribly ran and managed. Getting a call back is pretty much impossible. Still waiting on tax return from 2020 and they can provide me no information when they filed them. doesn't even come up in IRS system that they were filed. Angry isn't even the word- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM!

Last year GLA was sold to new owners. They called me up immediately to setup a meeting to introduce themselves. What a pleasure it is to actually get accounting and business advice. The old owners pretty much just plugged numbers in and didn't give much advice.
I Want Jason to come back... I have tried emails and facebook to get a status on my tax return which was promised a week or two ago already.. I may have to do a midnight phone call tonight.... It is getting ridiculous at how hard it is to get communication and a single update from them..
Super disappointed that Jason is no longer there. Not the same without him. The prices for a tax return are now double, they are extremely disorganized and very hard to get a hold of.
