Great team, very nice to work with. They were nice enough to copy a sidewinder/laser cut automotive key, when no one else would. Very reasonable price. Professional service.
I called this company out 3 weeks ago with a security door issue on a business. They sent John out, he was not very familiar with this type of system and he said "I think we should TRY to replace the keypad". After 3 weeks of no communication from them I called and spoke to receptionist Paige to see where they were with the part. She informed me that not only has no part been ordered buy the quote for repair was not complete yet and would not be ready for approval until the end of the week 3 more days. I spoke to a very rude manager Joe I think and explained we are a business and we were told this repair would be timely. He rudely suggested I take my business elsewhere, which I gladly did. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone!
Very helpful and friendly, I stop here to get all our work keys made when needed. If they don't have a lock you need they are helpful to order it. Highly recommend this location!

These guys are awesome. They’ve got some good, knowledgeable people behind the counter and I get excellent service every time. They’ve also come out to service locks for us and we were really happy with that as well. Great prices and I won’t use any one else. Keep up the good work!

I needed my business door lock cylinder rekeyed as the tumblers had worn out with 20+ years of use. They took care of me while I waited. What great service! I got six new keys and a smooth operating lock cylinder! I am super happy with their service. Need door locks, keys, door parts, pad locks - this is the place to go.
My wife and I went to the store on a Saturday, she wanted a specific deadbolt for our doors. They ordered it and had it in the following Monday. They installed on Tuesday, good service for a locksmith. They also have lots of safes, and heavy duty commercial/residential doors. Good shop to stop into for various security and lock type things.
The guy there took care of my car key issue. I would highly recommend this place. They’re very friendly.
