Great service. Grandkid coming to ride on the boat this weekend so I needed these shift and throttle cables fast. The young lady that helped me was awesome. Package delivered today and I’m about to put them on. Great service, they had them in stock. I called over 15 places and nobody else had them.
I had a great experience in my buying experience with Ruben. My order was somewhat complicated and over the three days it took to put the order together Ruben stayed very attentive to my needs and schedule. This is my third time purchasing from them for my boatbuilding needs. Steve Ruff
**Update: I will stand by my original statement. However, I will provide an update concerning the customer service I received. Great Lakes Skipper reached out to me by phone and asked what they could do to rectify my concerns. I reiterated that I know they did not intentionally misrepresent a product I bought but the return policy and process was putting an undue burden on the consumers, especially since I thought I was getting something entirely different based on pictures and descriptions. Jake immediately generated a return label for me and waived the restock fee. A full refund was received in a very reasonable time. With that said, I would consider purchasing another item from Great Lakes Skipper. I will just be more diligent in my scrutiny of the product to ensure it is depicted properly to suit my needs. **End Update The item I purchased shipped fast and I had it on time. The item was not what I had initially thought it to be based on the pictures and description, so I had to initiate a return. The return process is what is dragging my review down. There is an 8% restock fee and I'm on the hook for return postage. So I'm out about $20.00 on this deal. As much as I hate shopping on Amazon, I will just try to buy whatever I can there instead.

I needed to replace the vinyl flooring in my tracker bass boat due to the wrong glue originally used by tracker bleeding through. After searching the web I found Great Lakes Skipper. Not only did they stock an exact replacement but their price was great. Shipping was extremely fast. I highly recommend Great Lakes Skipper due to a rating of A++++ in all categories!
Carolyn was kind and extremely helpful. Arranged for a pickup date that was 2 weeks out and they were very accommodating. Great and sometimes hard to find products at fair prices. Don't hesitate to purchase from this business. They are the real deal!
Product quality and pricing GREAT! Only reason it didn't get full stars was I set order up to be delivered to my home and instead it was delivered to their WI warehouse. Called to have it corrected and ended up being recycled back to the warehouse again. Third time was a charm and overall recommending them and hoping the next time I use them, which I will, I can give them 5 stars!
I just found this place, I have already ordered twice. Both orders were shipped immediately and both were exact OEM parts. I thought that I messed up one order, however, I called McKenna and got it straightened out easily, she was great. I will be buying again from Great Lakes Skipper.
