Is a development of storage units - all under one roof - each of which is purchased and individually owned. The land around it is commonly owned and shared by everyone within the Association. As an owner, you become part of this Condominium Association which governs the rights to all common areas like driveways, landscaping, etc. . . . Maintenance of these common areas is the responsibility of the Association and is paid for via the monthly dues of the members. Within this storage condominium complex, there are a total of nine individual units that will be completely finished during initial construction.

Do you offer customization of the condo units?
Yes, we can make specific alterations to the inside of the unit with a deposit. However, the depth of the condo unit can not change - they are all 50' in depth. There is the ability to purchase more than one unit and have the partion wall(s) removed to create one large unit. Please contact us with any questions. We can accomodate most requests.
