First time at this area/location.. Since I was nearby after my appointment, I didn't want to drive all the way back to Waterford to do my laundry, so I found this location. It's decent, but it needs some care and cleaning around the washers. For a good-sized washer for 2 or 3 loads, it is only $2.75 that isn't too bad... For the dryers, it's .25 cents per 8 mins that isn't too bad, either.
This place has gone from bad to nasty as in filthy. The soap dispenser is always out of all products. The bathroom is out of order. Multiple washer/dryers broke. Floors are dirty. The smallest washers smell bad. Careful with your quarters machines jam up easily.
The machines are reasonably priced but the facility is dirty. I’ve gotta clean before I start my loads! The machine have all sorts of soap and stuff all over them. The bathroom is under stocked no TP nor HANDSOAP and not clean.
There is no staff at this location. Machines steal money, and the facility is filthy. Should not even be allowed to operate in these conditions in Rochester. Health department should shut this down! Pictures of facility are fake aswell. Looks nothing like what is on the business page.
Good place for Laundry, we wash n Dry our clothes every time here, they have smaller machines for regular loads and Larger ones for Comforters/Larger Loads. They replaced all the smaller washing Machines, they work good. Sometimes Dryers don’t work, more of money your time gets wasted. Smaller Machines costs $1 weekdays n $2Weekends, larger ones ranges from $2.25-$5 for regular. Small Dryers 1quarter for 8mins, Larger Dryers 1quarter for 5mins.
The washer stole all my coins I kept putting in and wouldn’t register that I put it in . Drove a ways to get here because I heard the prices were good . And now I know why . There’s no person that works here so all my money is gone.
Update 01/07/22 All 12 Electrolux washers are “out of order” see pictures so had to use MAYTAG junk machines. Now after 6 years getting used to it and not much surprised! Would still continue to come here since there are no other options in the area and they know it. And if you don’t want get frustrated, don’t expect smooth experience here, keep extra quarters because most likely coins will stuck and you will end up putting more coins unless you’re luck enough to win lottery more than $1,000! It’s an opportunity for someone who wants to start “employee-less” business, just install good machines and be honest with customers that’s all it needs! Their changer is out of service, bathrooms are out of service, many washers mainly medium and large size machines are out of service. In machines, coins would stuck and have seen people struggling!! See pictures: Below was my older review, They installed all new washers last month, but they are all junk. They are much smaller and most of them are usually broken. Old machines were bad but I think better than these new ones. Have been coming here since last 4 years, the quality deteriorated over the period of time. But worst thing is, there are no other options in this area. Weekends are crazy.
HUGE dryers. Good variety of washers. I am changing my review stars from 5 to 3 because recently I’ve noticed that the place is not being cleaned regularly. I swept up a bunch of used dryer softener sheets that were on the floor into a pile by the trash can and they were still there the next day. The bathroom could also use some TLC. My wife refuses to use it. Come on OWNER….You can do better.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bathroom was disgusting with the toilet backed-up. That's only the beginning their change machine was out of service. Along with half of their washers their top load washers in the front, all five was out of service. The place look like it has not been cleaned in month's. Let me not forget the dead cockroach that was in one washer. I'm honestly surprised that this business is still open I have read other reviews and I honestly think that those people might have this establishment confused.
Anyway, I've been to a few laundromats in my day, and they can get pretty ugly and gross. This one is really super nice, clean and affordable. Everything is in good working order. They have plenty of washing machines both double and triple loaders, along with an entire wall of dryers. The double loader washing machines are reasonably priced at about $2.25 I think? They look brand new too. The triple loaders are about $2.75 to wash and do a pretty good job. Their clean, don't smell and each load runs about 30 minutes long. Dryers are plentiful at 25 cents for 8 minutes. They also have a really nice change machine built into the wall with two slots for bills. I think it goes up to $20 for change to use in the machines. I also like that they have detergent, dryer sheets, Oxy clean and a few other incidentals for sale in a vending machine in case you need extra supplies. I think it's a dollar a box, which isn't bad. There's also a few folding tables with a couple metal carts to move your laundry around from machine to machine or to a table to fold. Plenty of garbage cans and the place is always clean. The only downside is I never see an attendant here, like ever. So, if money gets stuck in the machine, I think you have to call a phone #. I wish they had a human here for sure. Overall, a nice laundromat with plenty of space to move around, clean and in good working order. I will be back in the future!
